Family Vacation 2015 - Part 3

Day 5 -
We headed out bright and early to get to Hollywood Studios. We had an early morning fast pass for Disney Junior Live. I was so excited for Myla to see Mickey's clubhouse in person. Myla and Bryce both loved the show and especially when the bubbles flew out of the ceiling! She even danced when asked to! After that, we made our way around the park. We saw the Frozen sing-along in the front row! Myla was in awe. We played on the Honey, I shrunk the kids movie set. We saw Beauty & the Beast live - well most of us. Myla fell asleep in my arms before it started. She saw the Muppets in 3D and Brian and I even rode the Star Wars roller coaster together. We had dinner reservations at the 50's prime time cafe. It was nice to be inside some of the day and we all got to relax a lot more than at Magic Kingdom. We headed back to the room around 8 and all headed to bed.

Day 6 -
Today was another pool and relax day! I'm so glad we spaced out our park days with pool days. It definitely help us get in some much needed relaxation. We were at the pool in the morning pretty much when they opened. FYI - you don't get to sleep in with 2 under 2! We played and ate a pizza lunch by the pool and then headed back for nap time. Nana and Nene offered to stay in the room again with the kids so Brian and I headed back to the pool. I drank one drink and passed out on the lounge chair! Mommy was tired! We headed back to the room once I woke up and Nana and Nene offered to watch the kids and told us to go out to dinner together! Man, they are AWESOME!!!! We headed to Downtown Disney hoping that we could get into the new restaurant, the Boathouse. We got lucky and got seated outside right away. It looked like a storm was coming, but it never did and we got to enjoy our DELICIOUS meal outside. Let me tell you - that place was worth the money. It was the most we have ever paid for dinner, but we both agreed that it was worth every single penny. We got to sit back and talk and enjoy a nice dinner without all the interruptions of kids. It was so nice to be able to have a date night on vacation and we were so thankful to Nana and Nene for offering to watch the kiddos! We got back around 8 and decided to take Myla out to the playground near our room, in her nightgown, to let her play for just a bit more before bedtime. It was a GREAT DAY!

I'll be back tomorrow to recap our final day in Florida.
Toodles!
